For 25 years, I’ve told stories through photography. Whether it’s through editorial or portrait photography, I believe the right image can bring the story behind a moment or person to life.
My personal photography story began first by earning a BA (Hons) degree in documentary photography, then starting as a full-time press photographer in London, picking up a couple of awards along the way. I went on to work as a magazine staff photographer on a wide range of IPC publications, working both on location and in the studio.
My love and appreciation of the power of portrait photography grew after I moved to Australia – leading to me becoming Head Photographer for two of Sydney’s top portrait studios.
15 years of portrait photographer has taught me the importance of making people feel at ease in front of the camera. That’s why I make sure my photography sessions are simple and fuss-free, so people become confident and relaxed, and I capture the image they want.
I’m now living and working on Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches.
